Unlocking the self: Can microdosing psychedelics make one feel more authentic?

Background and aim: In the present study, we focus on relationship between state authenticity – experience of being true to oneself in a particular moment microdosing practice that implies repeatedly ingesting very small doses psychedelics do not reach threshold for perceptual alterations. We propose could increase through influencing people's mood number satisfaction with daily activities. Methods: used self-assessments collected from 18 microdosers Netherlands across period 1 month total 192 observations. Results: found day thereafter, was significantly higher.
